IMPORTANT: Pre-order information

All orders are currently placed on a pre-order basis. We aim to ship orders within 2 weeks after the pre-order window has closed.

This is to help us manage order volumes and coordinate effectively with our UK based manufacture partner.

If we receive a high volume of orders we may need to pause pre-orders temporarily while we catch up.

We will inform you of your order status via email wherever possible, but we recommend following us on Instagram (@glimandjot) for live pre-order updates and behind the scenes snippets. 💛

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to the UK, EU & US.

If you are an international customer outside of these areas, please email us at hello@glimandjot.com and we'll do our very best to accommodate your order!

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via a tracked Royal Mail service.

🇬🇧 UK orders are expected to arrive within 4 business days from dispatch.

🇮🇪 Orders to Ireland are expected to arrive within 7 business days from dispatch.

🌍 For everywhere else, orders are expected to arrive within 16 days from dispatch.

Please note: For orders outside of mainland UK there may be additional fees to pay, once your parcel arrives at local customs. We can't cover the costs of these fees.

There may be courier delays that are out of control. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please get in touch.
